The service
Owl is an AI scribe for veterinary professionals. It captures your exam and drafts a SOAP note from it. Owl assists with documentation; it does not practice veterinary medicine.
Your responsibility
Every note is a draft until you review and sign it. The clinical judgment, and the accuracy of the final record, are yours. Owl is built not to invent findings — it flags what it didn't hear rather than filling it in — but you are responsible for verifying each note before you rely on it.
Billing
Owl is month-to-month. Cancel anytime; there's no lock-in.
Your data
Your records are yours to export or delete. How we collect, store, and protect your data is covered in our Privacy summary and on Trust & security.
Acceptable use
Use Owl for legitimate veterinary documentation, and don't attempt to disrupt the service or access another account's data.
