How does the free trial work?
Every Solo plan starts with a 14-day free trial with everything included. We ask for a card up front, but we email you before the trial ends, you can cancel in one click, and we never charge you by surprise. Cancel before day 14 and you won't be billed.
Monthly or annual — what's the difference?
It's the same Solo plan and the same features either way. Monthly is $149/mo. Annual is $1,490 billed once a year — that's two months free, about $124/mo.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your account — no email or phone call required. You keep access through the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
What counts as a seat?
One seat is one vet. The Solo plan is a single seat for a single doctor charting their own visits.
Is there a clinic or team plan?
If more than one vet will be charting, get in touch and we'll help you set Owl up for your practice. We don't sell a self-serve multi-vet plan yet, so there's no online checkout for one — a quick email gets you a real answer.
Which PIMS does Owl work with?
Any of them. Owl formats your note and you paste it in with one click — ezyVet, Cornerstone, AVImark, IDEXX Neo and others. There's no API, integration, or partnership required, so it works the same everywhere.
Do you train AI on my data?
